06.6FRANCHISE FAQ
The questions behind a strong partnership.
Straight answers about fit, investment, training, territory, supply, and approval.
PARTNER FIT
01Do I need footwear experience?
Retail, consumer, property, or operating experience is valuable, but footwear experience is not the only measure. We assess commercial judgment, leadership, local knowledge, financial readiness, and commitment to the Apple Shoes system.
INVESTMENT
02How much does a franchise cost?
Investment depends on the country, location, store format, size, construction, opening stock, staffing, professional fees, and working capital. Apple Shoes does not publish a universal figure because it could misrepresent a specific project. A tailored framework follows initial qualification.
TERRITORY
03Is exclusivity available?
Territory rights are considered market by market and only become effective through signed legal documents. Population alone is not enough; demand, trading zones, channel strategy, development commitments, and brand protection are also reviewed.
SUPPORT
04What support is included?
The operating model can include site review, store design standards, assortment and opening-stock planning, training, launch preparation, marketing guidance, operating playbooks, and scheduled performance reviews. The final scope is defined in the franchise agreement.
PROCESS
05How long does approval take?
Timing varies with information quality, market study, site availability, legal work, design approvals, construction, product planning, and import requirements. No opening date is promised before the required approvals and dependencies are clear.
NEXT STEP
06How do I begin?
Submit the application with your market, business background, proposed location, and preferred format. The team will review the fit and contact suitable applicants for a first discussion.
