09.3BAG CARE
Carry it beautifully, longer.
Protect shape, surface, hardware, and lining with careful use, gentle cleaning, and considered storage.
DAILY USE
01Avoid preventable stress.
Do not overload the bag or place sharp objects directly against the lining. Keep it away from oils, cosmetics, perfume, ink, and prolonged contact with rough or dark fabrics that may transfer color.
- Use internal pouches for liquids and cosmetics
- Close fastenings before carrying or storing
- Lift by the intended handles, not decorative trims
- Wipe hardware gently with a clean dry cloth
STORAGE
02Support the shape.
Empty the bag, close all compartments, and fill it lightly with clean unprinted tissue. Place it in a breathable dust bag in a cool, dry location.
- Do not hang heavy bags by their handles for long periods
- Do not compress bags beneath other items
- Keep chains and hardware wrapped to reduce marking
- Air stored bags periodically
CLEANING
03Material first.
Use only a method suitable for the specific surface. Water, alcohol, household wipes, and general-purpose cleaners can alter color or finish. Test first and seek professional advice for valuable or delicate pieces.
