09.2SHOE CARE
Care for every step.
Simple, material-aware habits can protect appearance, comfort, and structure. Always test any product on a small hidden area first.
AFTER WEAR
01Air, brush, reset.
Remove surface dust with a soft dry brush or cloth. Allow footwear to air naturally away from direct heat, then reshape gently before storage.
- Alternate pairs when possible to allow moisture to dissipate
- Never place wet footwear directly on a radiator or heater
- Use unprinted tissue or suitable shoe trees to support shape
- Store away from direct sunlight and high humidity
CLEANING
02Use the lightest effective method.
Start dry. Add only a small amount of material-appropriate cleaner if necessary. Avoid soaking, washing machines, bleach, and aggressive solvents unless the product’s supplied care label explicitly permits them.
- Smooth leather: soft cloth and suitable neutral care product
- Suede or nubuck: dedicated brush, used gently when dry
- Textile uppers: spot clean with minimal moisture
- Decorated finishes: avoid friction around stones, prints, metallics, and trims
WHEN TO STOP
03Protect safe use.
Discontinue use if the sole separates, a heel becomes unstable, a fastening fails, or structural damage changes the way the shoe supports the foot. Contact customer care for an assessment.
